Lets Tox Beauty Med Spa Policies
Our goal is to provide exceptional quality treatment and services to all our clients in a timely manner. When an appointment is scheduled, a block of our time has been reserved and set aside for you. We understand your time is valuable and so are your commitments. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our schedule but also our other clients. As such, we ask that you make a commitment to us to keep your appointments in a timely manner as they are scheduled.

If you arrive more than ten minutes late, we reserve the right to shorten or reschedule the appointment. Our providers strive to stay on time, but we realize we also run late. Sometimes a client comes in that requires additional attention, which can cause delays. We will do our very best to notify you when this occurs. At Lets Tox Beauty our goal is to provide an exceptional experience and optimal outcomes for every client. We appreciate your understanding and support.
We require a credit card to be saved on file to book your appointment.
When scheduling an aesthetic consultation, we do require a $100 non-refundable deposit to reserve your appointment time. Please note the deposit may be applied to the cost of your future services here at Lets Tox Beauty. This deposit ensures that valuable consultation time is available to those clients who are truly committed to learning about their aesthetic options. Scheduling your appointment is your acceptance of these policies.
We believe that patient education is a very important part of the decision-making process, and our consultation visits are very informative and comprehensive. During your initial consultation appointment, you will be introduced to the practice and will also discuss your aesthetic goals. We will review your health history information and then begin discussing possible procedure options with you. We will guide you and discuss specific recommendations to meet your goals. We will take photos during your consultation appointment.

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected circumstances can occur, requiring schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee of the scheduled service or $250 for wrinkle treatment. With challenging times and the health and safety of our clients as the #1 Priority we will of course work with you if you need to cancel for any urgent or health matters.
Please speak with a staff member, as a voicemail or text does not guarantee that we will receive notice in time to notify another client on our waitlist of availability.

For missed/no-show appointments and we did not hear from you at least 24 hours (48hours for Monday appointments) in advance, your appointment will be recorded as missed and the full fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
Appointments are scheduled based on the amount of time needed to perform your specific service. In some cases, your tardiness may prevent us from completing the treatment or service without haste. Because we want to deliver the absolute best care, certain procedures may need to be rescheduled depending on your arrival time. Once a client is 15 minutes or more, late for their appointment they will be recorded as a no-show as there will not be enough time to safely complete their treatment or procedure.
At Lets Tox Beauty we work with each client to create individualized programs and review likely outcomes, benefits, and risks associated with each treatment. We offer a variety of aesthetic services and products as value added treatment package options so each client may choose the approach that best suits his/her aesthetic goals and budget. For retail products and gift cards purchases, all sales are final. All ZO Skin Health products, all prescription items such as tretinoin as well as merchandise items in the med spa sales are final. We are unable to take returns at this time.
Why do we not accept returns?
We do not want to sell products that have left the med spa, have been opened, used, or otherwise tampered with. We take pride in selling products of high quality and cannot guarantee the quality of a product that has left our med spa. Please take time and care when selecting your purchases. If you would like to try a product before purchasing you can request a sample, and we are happy to oblige if one is available. Repeat samples are not offered.
We are an intentionally inclusive company and welcome all into our spa. We do reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful to our staff or clients, makes a member of our staff uncomfortable in any way.
