Dermal Fillers

What are Dermal Fillers?

Dermal fillers sometimes called soft tissue fillers, are substances designed to be injected beneath the surface of the skin to add volume and fullness to areas that have volume loss. Fillers are also an effective way to lift, contour, and soften areas of the face and body.

Where are Dermal Fillers injected?

Fillers can be used in many areas on the face. Most commonly used to plump the cheeks and lips. Also used to decrease the shadow or wrinkles under the eyes. Nasolabial folds, Smile lines, chin, jawline, and neck are other areas that can be treated. We recommend new clients book a dermal filler consultation to discuss your goals and the many different treatment options available.

Pre-care for Dermal Fillers?

Do not take aspirin, NSAIDS, niacin, fish oil or vitamin E 72 hrs prior to scheduled treatment unless medically necessary. Avoid alcohol and caffeine 24-48 hours pre and post treatment. This helps minimize bleeding and bruising.

What is the downtime with Dermal Fillers?

Many clients will return to work within hours of dermal filler injections. Bruising and swelling can be common with this service. Clients will be provided with post care instructions at each treatment,
